Why are there no matches today?
The app covers the Premier League, Bundesliga, Ligue 1, Serie A and La Liga. On days without fixtures, such as international breaks, Home says so and shows the next matchday.
Why is a score delayed or marked as cached?
While a match is live the app refreshes on its own, usually within a minute of our provider publishing an event. Without a connection, the app shows the last data it loaded and marks it as cached, so it never looks live when it isn't.
Why don't I see club crests?
We show crests and player photos only where we hold the rights to do so. Otherwise the app uses club initials and colours.
A result or event is wrong
Our provider sometimes corrects data after a match. If a correction doesn't arrive, email us the match and what looks wrong.
How do I delete my data?
Everything the app stores is on your phone, and there is no account or anything to delete on our side. In Settings, Clear saved football data removes your follows, viewing history, result calls, notification choices, stamp album and saved football data; your appearance and display settings stay. Deleting the app removes everything.
Accessibility
The app supports VoiceOver, Dynamic Type and Reduce Motion, and never conveys a result by colour alone. If something gets in your way, email us.
